印度獐牙菜种子萌发及植物学特性研究

摘 要:
[目的]为印度獐牙菜的栽培和野生资源的保护提供理论依据。[方法]2006年8~9月于青海省玉树州实地考察,观察印度獐牙菜的植物学特性;通过人工后熟、低温、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和Na2CO3处理种子,测定种子萌发率。[结果]自然状态下印度獐牙菜种子萌发率低,经人工后熟、低温、IAA和Na2CO3处理后种子萌发率显著提高。[结论]印度獐牙菜种子经不同处理后可以提高萌发率。

摘 要:
[Objective]The research aimed to offer substantial and theoretical foundation for the protection of wild Swertia chirayita Buch.-Ham.[Method]The botany characteristics of S.chirayita Buch.-Ham.in Yushu State of Qinghai was investigated from August to September in 2006.And the germination rate of seeds was determined after treated with after-ripening,low temperature,IAA,Na2CO3.[Result]The results showed that S.chirayita Buch.-Ham.had low rate of germination under natural state,but the germination rate increased obviously after treated with Na2CO3,IAA,low temperature and ripening.[Conclusion]The germination rate of S.chirayita Buch.-Ham.seeds could be improved after different treatments.
