辽宁杨×33号杨三倍体无性系的光合特性

摘  要:
对辽宁杨×33号杨二倍体和三倍体无性系的光合特性进行比较研究。结果表明:二倍体和三倍体无性系的Pn日变化曲线均为双峰曲线,2个峰值均在10∶00、14∶00左右出现,且第1个峰值大于第2个峰值;存在光合午休现象,非气孔限制是出现光合午休现象的主要因素。光合有效辐射、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、气孔限制值对净光合速率产生不同程度的影响。

摘  要:
Comparative study on photosynthetic characteristics of diploid and triploid clones P. × Liaoningensis × P. deltoides cl.'33'. The results showed that: The diurnal course of net photosynthetic rate on diploid and triploid clones were bimodal curve,The peaks were all appeared at 10∶ 00 and 14∶ 00,and the first peak is greater than the second one; showing obvious midday depression phenomenon,the non-stomatal limitation is the main factor of photosynthetic midday depression. The PAR,Gs,Ci,Trand Lswere different degrees of influence on net photosynthetic rate.
