湖南山药地方品种资源主要农艺性状与品质特性比较

摘  要：
对收集自湖南的6个山药品种资源进行了农艺性状与干物质含量的观测。结果表明:桃江白山药生长势最强,产量最高,干物质含量中等;衡山白山药生长势强,产量中等,干物质含量最低;桃江紫山药生长势较强,产量中等,干物质含量最高;攸县白山药生长势中等,产量较低,干物质含量较低;攸县紫山药2号和攸县紫山药1号生长势弱,产量低,干物质含量较高。由此可见,白山药生长势较强,产量较高,而紫山药干物质含量高,口感好。综合评价,桃江白山药和桃江紫山药具有较好的农艺性状和品质特性。

摘  要：
The observation and detection of agronomical traits and dry matter content of six yam varieties that collected from Hunan were conducted.The results showed that Taojiang white yam had the most vigorous growth,the highest yield and the moderate dry matter content;Hengshan white yam had vigorous growth,the moderate yield and the lowest dry matter content;Taojiang purple yam grew moderately with moderate yield and the highest dry matter content;Youxian white yam grew moderately with lower yield and the lowest dry matter content;Youxian purple yam No.2 and Youxian purple yam No.1 grew less vigorously with the lowest yield and secondly highest dry matter content.So white yam had more vigorous growth and higher yield,but purple yam had higher dry matter content and better taste.After comprehensive evaluation,the Taojiang white yam and the Taojiang purple yam have better agronomic traits and quality characters.
