沼液配方肥对油菜生长、品质及氮素利用的影响

摘  要:
采用等氮量原则和土壤盆栽试验方法,对比研究了追施沼液配方肥和无机复混肥对油菜生长、品质及氮素利用的影响。结果表明:沼液配方肥的肥效明显优于无机复混肥。在等施氮量条件下,与无机复混肥各处理相比,施用沼液配方肥的处理A3油菜干物重达最高值,为17.10g/pot。在品质方面,等施氮量条件下,施用沼液配方肥的处理A1、A2、A3和A4与无机复混肥的处理B1、B2、B3和B4相比,硝酸盐含量分别降低了38.85%、44.83%、52.97%、49.08%;Vc含量分别增加24.31%、35.80%、39.08%、33.77%;还原糖含量分别增加6.81%、15.67%、21.32%、7.73%;同时氮肥利用率分别增加47.29%、49.82%、59.90%、34.39%。

摘  要:
A pot experiment was conducted to compare the effects of applying biogas slurry-based and inorganic compound fertilizers on the yield,quality and nitrogen use efficiency of rape with equivalent nutrient principles.The results showed that,the highest dry weight of the rape in biogas slurry-based fertilizer applying group reached 17.10 g/pot(Pot size:inside diameter 19 cm,height 18 cm),which was obviously superior to the application of inorganic compound fertilizer.And the rape nitrate contents of different treatments decreased by 38.85%,44.83%,52.97%,49.08%,respectively.Vc content increased by 24.31%,35.80%,39.08%,33.77%,respectively,and reducing sugar increased by 6.81%,15.67%,21.32%,7.73%,respectively.Furthermore,the nitrogen use efficiency of rape were 47.29%,49.82%,59.90%,34.39% respectively applying biogas slurry-based A1,A2,A3,A4 in contrast to the application of inorganic compound fertilizer B1,B2,B3,B4.In summary,biogas slurry-based fertilizer performed better in the aspects of yield,quality and nitrogen use efficiency compared with inorganic compound fertilizers.
