摘  要:
试验旨在通过牛津杯抑菌实验和摇瓶实验探究α-单月桂酸甘油酯对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果.结果显示,浓度≤40 mg·mL-1的α-单月桂酸甘油酯对大肠杆菌无明显抑菌作用,浓度≥0.156 mg·mL-1的α-单月桂酸甘油酯对沙门氏菌有抑制作用,浓度≥0.078 mg·mL-1的α-单月桂酸甘油酯对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用.浓度为1 mg·mL-1的α-单月桂酸甘油酯对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用在培养4 h出现,对沙门氏菌的抑制作用在培养12 h出现.

摘  要:
This experiment aims to investigate the antibacterial effect of α-glycerol monolaurate on Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus. The results show that: α-glycerol monolaurate with concentration ≤40 mg·mL~(-1) had no significant antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, and α-glycerol monolaurate at a concentration of ≥0.156 mg·mL~(-1) inhibited Salmonella. α-glycerol monolaurate with a concentration of ≥0.078 mg·mL~(-1) inhibited Staphylococcus aureus. The inhibitory effect of α-glycerol monolaurate at a concentration of 1 mg·mL~(-1) on Staphylococcus aureus appeared four hours after culture, and the inhibitory effect on Salmonella occurred after 12 hours of culture.
