氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉混配对马铃薯晚疫病菌增效作用及田间药效

摘  要:
[目的]明确氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉混配对马铃薯晚疫病菌的增效作用和田间防效。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉混配对晚疫病菌菌丝生长的联合毒力并进行田间试验,分别用Wadley法和Abbott法评价混配组合的增效作用。[结果]氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉以质量比1∶2和1∶3混配抑制菌丝生长的增效系数为2.6和1.8,表现增效作用。50%氟醚菌酰胺水分散粒剂与50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂1∶2和1∶3桶混防治马铃薯晚疫病增效系数为1.0,表现相加作用。[结论]氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉按有效成分质量比1∶2和1∶3混配后具有较强的抑菌效果,增效作用显著。

摘  要:
[Aims] The study aims to verify synergism and control efficacy in the field of LH-2010 A, dimethomorph and their mixtures against Phytophthora infestans. [Methods] The joint-toxicity of the two fungicides mixtures against P.infestans was examined with the measurement of the colony diameter and the field trials were conducted, the synergism of mixtures was assessed with wadley formula and abbott formula, respectively. [Results] The efficiency coefficients of the mixtures of LH-2010 A and dimethomorph at the ratios of 1∶2 and 1∶3 were 2.6 and 1.8, respectively. The efficiency coefficients of both LH-2010 A 50% WG and dimethomorph 50% WP at the ratios of 1 ∶2 and 1 ∶3 were 1.0, which exhibited additive effects. [Conclusions] LH-2010 A and dimethomorph at the ratios of 1 ∶2 and 1 ∶3 had a strong antibacterial effects, exhibiting significant synergistic interaction.
