葡萄园风送式喷雾机的设计与仿真分析

摘  要:
葡萄园篱架式的种植方式和其果树冠层的特殊性,使得传统的轴流风机风送式喷雾机已经不适合葡萄园植保作业。针对这一现状,研制了一种以小四轮拖拉机为动力源,适用于葡萄园作业的立体喷杆风送式喷雾机。通过Pro/MECHANICA有限元分析软件和流体仿真软件FLUENT分别对机架结构和气流流畅进行了分析模拟。结果表明:整机结构可靠,出风口面积为3.5 cm2,间距为80 mm时,风速均匀性良好,且槽型出风口较圆形出风口更合理。

摘  要:
Because of the Vineyard hedge frame planting and the particularity of grapevines canopy,the traditional axial flow air-assisted sprayer has not suitable for the vineyard eppo homework.In view of this situation,a kind of air-assisted sprayer for vineyard on a small four wheel tractor which provides power for the sprayer has been developed.The chassis of structure and air flow field has been analyzed and simulated by Pro/MECHANICA and FLUENT analysis software.The results show that the whole structure is reliable and when the outlet whose area is 3.5 cm2 and spacing is 80 mm,the groove wind speed is more uniform.
