氮肥对旱柳生长特性及氮吸收的影响

摘  要:
试验详细研究了不同氮肥施用量对旱柳扦插苗生长以及氮吸收的影响规律,以期为育苗中科学合理的施用氮肥提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置4个氮肥施用量处理,分别为0(CK)、5、10、15g/株,小区试验设计,3次重复。结果表明:施用氮肥可以促进旱柳株高、地径增加,其中10g/株处理与对照相比分别提高了52.89%、144.93%,差异显著;10g/株处理可以显著提高旱柳叶片内的叶绿素含量,其中叶绿素a含量7、8月份比对照提高了21.79%、9.64%,叶绿素b含量提高了75.61%、73.58%,差异显著;10g/株处理总氮吸收量比对照提高了118.57%。综合分析认为,旱柳扦插苗最佳氮肥施用量为10g/株。

摘  要:
The test studied different nitrogenous fertilizer application amount on Salix matsudana Koidz.cuttage seedlings growth characteristics and nitrogen absorption and then to theoretical basis for scientific and rational application of nitrogen fertilizer in seedling production is provided. The test under the field conditions and then set 4 nitrogen treatments which as 0(CK),5,10,15 g/plant,the plot experiment was designed and repeated 3 times.The results show that:nitrogen fertilizer can promote the plant height, ground diameter of salix, at the same time,the 10 g/plant treatment was higher than control 52.89%,144.93%,and then it was have signifcant difference;10 g/plant treatment can significantly improve Salix matsudana Koidz.chlorophyll content in leaves, then the chlorophyll a contentwas higher than control 21.79%,9.64% and chlorophyll a content was higher than control 75.61%,73.58% when in July and August; 10 g/plant treatment total nitrogen absorption was higher than control 118.57%.Comprehensive analysis that the optimum amount of nitrogen fertilizer for Salix matsudana Koidz.cuttage seedlings as 10 g/plant.
