农村集体土地征用制度改革的思考

摘  要：
我国《宪法》规定:“国家为了公共利益的需要,可以依照法律规定对土地实行征用。”但是在社会主义市场经济体制下,现行的农村集体土地征地制度开始暴露出种种弊端,已不能完全适应我国经济快速稳定发展的需要。为此,从现行的农村集体土地征用制度存在的问题出发,分析了各种问题存在的原因,并提出了改革的方案。

摘  要：
Under our country’s socialistic market economy system, problems of the current system of land confiscation have been emerging. The current system of land confiscation hasn’t been seasoned with the demand of our country’s fast steady economy development yet. Starting with existing problems of the current system of land confiscation, this paper analyzes the reasons of those problems and puts forward several designs of its reformation’s blue print.
