光叶楮木屑栽培平菇试验

摘  要:
光叶楮是速生型树种,利用其木屑栽培食用菌可有效缓解食用菌栽培对木材需求的压力。通过光叶楮木屑为原料袋式栽培平菇试验,探讨了光叶楮木屑栽培平菇的可行性。结果表明,光叶楮木屑的含量不同对平菇菌丝的生长速度和生物学效率的影响不同,以配方3(光叶楮木屑70%、棉籽壳17%、麸皮10%、蔗糖1.5%、石膏1%、复合肥0.5%)最佳,表现为菌丝洁白,发菌快和生长势较强,产量和生物学效率最高,分别为1 050 g/袋和175%,与对照间差异不明显。

摘  要:
The pressure of timber demands for cultivating edible fungus was effectively alleviated when edible fungi cultivated by the Broussonetia papyrifera sawdust a fast-growing tree species.This research used bag cultivation to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus and took the Broussonetia papyrifera sawdust as raw materials to study the feasibility of the cultivated Pleurotus ostreatus with Broussonetia papyrifera.The results showed that in Pleurotus ostreatus cultivating,different percentages of the Broussonetia papyrifera sawdust used as medium would result in variation in the growth speed and biological efficiency.The optimum formulation was: formulation 3 of Broussonetia papyrifera sawdust 70%,cotton seed hull 17%,bran 10%,sucrose1.5%,gypsum 1%,compound fertilizer 0.5%.The mycelium was white,grew fast and strong,the mushroom had the highest yield and the best biological efficiency of 1 050 g/bag and 175% respectively with no remarkable difference with formulation CK.
