农村迁移劳动力性别工资差异研究

摘 要:
本文采用中国社会科学院经济研究所收入分配课题组2002年城镇暂住户调查数据,对农村迁移劳动力性别间工资收入差异进行了分解。Brown分解结果表明,农村迁移劳动力性别间的工资收入差异80.7%归结为歧视等不可解释部分;剩余的19.3%是由人力资本禀赋差异所引起的。这表明要有效缩小农村迁移劳动力性别间工资收入差异,除了采取有力措施消除市场中的性别歧视外,提高农村妇女受教育程度也很重要。与城镇居民性别间工资差异研究成果进行对比表明市场化加重了劳动力市场中的性别歧视程度。

Using CHIP2002 rural migrant data implemented by the institute of economics,CASS.,this article explores the reasons for the gender wage differential among rural-urban migrant with Brown model.Excluding personal endowment differences,there are still 80.7 percent can not be explained by differences in individual characteristics of the discriminatory part.Our findings indicate:in addition to administrative and legal means to eliminate gender discrimination to narrow the gender wage gap among rural-urban migrant,improving the education level of rural women is also an important factor.A comparison with another study on China's urban labor market is made,which suggest that competitive market forces deteriorate the gender discrimination to some extent.
