河南信阳黄缘闭壳龟省级自然保护区黄缘闭壳龟种群现状调查

摘  要：
为了解黄缘闭壳龟的野外生存环境及资源现状,我们于2014年9月4日~16日,对河南省信阳黄缘闭壳龟省级自然保护区境内的罗山、商城、新县等地黄缘闭壳龟的分布、数量和栖息地环境进行了调查。结果显示,除罗山境内少量地区人为干扰较强,目前难觅黄缘闭壳龟外,其余地区均有黄缘闭壳龟分布,栖息地环境较好。根据走访调查,2012~2014年间共记录黄缘闭壳龟121只,野外实地调查发现黄缘闭壳龟2只。3 a通过调查分别发现黄缘闭壳龟47只、46只和28只,呈急剧下降趋势。为拯救这一珍贵物种,保护区应尽快组织后续的专项资源调查,以监测黄缘闭壳龟的种群动态,并积极开展该种的就地保护和迁地保护工作。

摘  要：
To understand the current population status of yellow-margined box turtle( Cuora flavomarginata) we surveyed its distribution,population size and habitat characteristics in Luoshan,Shangcheng and Xin county of Xinyang Provincial Nature Reserve in Xinyang City,Henan Province from 4-16 September 2014. Except for a small part of Luoshan that was subject to strong human disturbance and it was difficult to find the turtle,the distribution of the turtle and the habitat condition was improved at the other sites. From 2012 to 2014,121 turtles were recorded according to the visiting survey,but only 2 turtles were recorded in our field survey. From 2012 to 2014,the number of recorded turtles was 47,46,and 28 individuals,respectively,and the population declined sharply. To protect this rare species,we recommend that subsequent resources survey should be organized to monitor population dynamics of C. flavomarginata,and in situ conservation and ex situ conservation should be carried out actively as soon as possible.
