农业小流域面源污染经济损失研究

摘  要:
以孟良崮小流域为研究区,在利用输出系数模型计算2013年流域内农业面源污染负荷的基础上,运用环境经济学中的恢复防护费用法,定量估算小流域农业面源污染经济损失。结果表明:2013年孟良崮小流域农业面源污染产生的总氮、总磷污染负荷分别为934.30 kg和136.19 kg,流域内农业面源污染造成的环境经济损失为26 842元。其中,畜禽排泄污染造成的经济损失最大,为18 270元,占流域内污染总损失的68.06%;土地利用污染造成的经济损失次之,为6 635元,占24.72%;农村生活污染造成的经济损失最小,为1 937元,占7.22%。

摘  要:
Taking Menglianggu small watershed as the studied area,the paper quantitatively estimated the economic loss caused by agricultural non-point source pollution of the small watershed by using the replacement cost method in environmental economics,based on the calculation of agricultural non-point source pollution load in 2013 by output coefficient model. The outcomes show that the produced pollution load of TN and TP in this small watershed is 934. 30 kg and 136. 19 kg respectively in 2013 and the environmental and economic losses caused by agricultural non-point source pollution are 26 842 Yuan. Of which,the economic loss caused by livestock excrement is the maximum,about18 270 Yuan,making up 68. 06% of the total loss caused by pollution of the watershed. The economic loss caused by land use pollution ranks the second,which is about 6 635 Yuan,making up 24. 72%. The economic loss caused by rural area domestic pollution is the minimum about 1 937 Yuan,making up 7. 22%.
