碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统误差分析

摘  要:
碟式太阳能热发电是太阳能的主要利用形式之一,具有热―电转换效率高、开发潜力大等优点。碟式太阳能热发电设备工作时需将太阳光进行汇聚,故其对太阳位置的跟踪精度要求较高。由于受到现有制造业技术水平的影响,碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统在生产过程中会出现各种影响其跟踪精度的误差。为了提高碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统的跟踪精度,就必须了解系统误差的形成原因。在对碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统控制部分、传动部分和其他部分的误差情况进行了系统、细致和认真的分析后,得出结论:自动跟踪系统中某些软件系统误差、某些传动机构误差及安装误差等可以量化表达,采取适当措施可减小或避免此类误差的产生;而硬件系统误差、工作平台误差、润滑和密封造成的误差以及风载误差等既无法量化表达也无法避免。该结论为提高自动跟踪系统精度方面的研究奠定了一定的理论基础。

摘  要:
Dish solar thermal electric power generation is one of the main utilization forms of the solar energy, which has the advantages of great exploiting potential and high heat-electricity conversion efficiency etc. Higher tracking accuracy is required for dish solar thermal equipment, as the sun's rays need to be converged. Due to the influence of the existing manufacturing technology level, the auto-tracking system is affected by different sorts of errors during the production process. Through the serious analysis of the control segment, transmission part and other parts of the dish solar auto-tracking system, a conclusion was drawn: some software system error, the transmission error, the installation error and other errors can be shown quantifiably, and appropriate measures can be taken to avoid or decrease them; however, the errors of the hardware system and the working platform, the errors caused by the lubrication and the seal, the wind load error and some other errors cannot be quantitative expressed or avoided. This conclusion lays a theoretical foundation for the study of improving the precision of the auto-tracking system.
