复合酶与酵母联合发酵甘草渣饲料化工艺研究

摘  要:
以稀酸预处理后的甘草渣为发酵底物,采用复合酶与酵母分步接种联合发酵的方法,通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定甘草渣产蛋白饲料工艺为:复合酶120 mg/g、缓冲溶液p H值5.0、水解温度52℃、摇床转速50 r/min、水解时间23 h后,凉至室温接酵母100 mg/g、在温度为32℃的条件下发酵20 h。发酵产物蛋白质增加了2 616.7%、木质素降低了24.2%,纤维素降低了48.43%、半纤维素降低了91.43%。

摘  要:
Glycyrrhiza residue dilute acid was pretreated as fermentation substrate, using the method ofcomplex enzyme and yeast inoculating fermentation, by single factor test and orthogonal test. Deter-mine the licorice slag production protein feed process as follows: enzyme 120 mg/g, p H value of buf-fer solution 5.0, temperature 52 ℃, shaking speed 50 r/min, reaction time 23 h, cool to room tempera-ture by yeast 100 mg/g, fermentation of 20 h at a temperature of 32 ℃. Fermentation product of pro-tein increases 2 616.7%, lignin reduces 24.2%,cellulose reduces 48.43%, hemi- cellulose reduces91.43%.
