联合收获打捆复式作业机振动测试与分析

摘 要:
为提高联合收获打捆复式作业机的驾驶舒适性,针对国产联合收获打捆复式作业机整机振动大及驾驶员舒适性差等问题,以江苏大学和南通棉花机械有限公司联合研制的4L-4.0型联合收获打捆复式作业机为研究对象,在小油门发动机空载、大油门发动机空载、小油门整机空载、大油门整机空载及大油门田间作业5种工况下,对整机的8个测点进行振动测试与分析,得到各测点处对应的时域信号和频率信号。试验结果表明:发动机振动、振动筛和压缩装置的前后往复式运动及切割器的左右往复式运动是联合收获打捆复式作业机的主要激振源;而输送槽、风机、秸秆喂入拨叉和脱粒滚筒等回转运动中产生的不平衡力矩是整机产生振动的次要原因。联合收获打捆复式作业机在大油门空载工况下,发动机、切割器、割台搅龙、脱粒滚筒、风机、振动筛、秸秆喂入装置、压缩装置引起的激振频率分别为76.6、7.63、3.16、18.62、20.67、6.52、2.63、5.41Hz。研究结果为改善联合收获打捆复式作业机整机振动及驾驶舒适性提供了参考。

摘 要:
In order to improve the driving comfort of all-in-one machine of combine harvester and baler,in view of the vibration and the problem of driver comfort of the domestic all-in-one machine of combine harvester and baler,4L-4.0 type all-in-one machine of combine harvester and balers the research object by Jiangsu University and Nantong cotton machinery Co. Ltd. in the engine no-load,no-load machine and field harvest under 5 different conditions,testing and analyzing the 8 measuring points by using DH5902 dynamic signal analysis system,getting the time domain and frequency domain characteristics of corresponding measured point. From the test results can be seen: the engine up and down vibration,vibration sieve before and after movement,compression device before and after movement and the horizontal movement of the cutter is the main vibration source of the all-in-one machine of combine harvester and baler;and the delivery tank,fan,straw feeding fork and threshing cylinder in the rotary motion of unbalanced force is the secondary cause of the vibration. The whole machine is under full throttle no-load condition,the vibration frequency caused by the dragon,cylinder,fan,vibration sieve,straw feeding fork,compression device are respectively 76. 6Hz,7.63 Hz,3. 16 Hz,18. 62 Hz,20. 67 Hz,6. 52 Hz,2. 63 Hz and 5. 41 Hz,this paper provides the design basis for the vibration reducing of the all-in-one machine of combine harvester and baler.
