邻烯丙基苯酚在崂山绿茶的消解动态和最终残留研究

摘  要:
本文采用了高效液相色谱法测定了崂山绿茶中邻烯丙基苯酚的残留量。邻烯丙基苯酚在崂山绿茶中的添加回收率在75.71%~83.51%,变异系数为0.46%~3.58%,最低检出量为3.8ng。其消解动态方程为C=4.860 0e-0.240 7t,r=0.992 4,半衰期为3.06d,降解率达90%。当施药量为1.25g/L时,收获前9d的最终残留量为0.092mg/kg。

摘  要:
The final residue of o-allylphenol in Laoshan green tea was tested by HPLC.The average recovery was from 75.71%to 83.50% with variable coneffendent of 0.46%to 3.58%,the minimum detectable amount was 3.8ng.Digestion dynamic equation was C=4.860 0e-0.240 7t,r=0.992 4,half life was 3.06 days,the digestion rate was 90%.And the last residue of 9days before harvest was 0.092mg/kg when it was applied with 1.25g/L.
