桃树叶片气孔形状与大、小气孔分布的研究

摘  要:
为探讨桃叶片气孔形状与桃属植物进化的关系,以桃亚属6个种139份材料为试材,观察了桃树叶片气孔形状和大、小气孔的分布。结果表明:桃气孔形状有3种,即近圆形、细长形和近椭圆形。野生种都为细长形,栽培种中近椭圆形的最多,占65.07%,近圆形和细长形分别占到12.95%和17.99%。野生种无大、小气孔的分布,栽培种有大、小气孔的分布,其分布情况可以分为4类,第Ⅰ类:无大、小气孔的分布,气孔大小一致;第Ⅱ类:有大气孔分布,但无小气孔的分布,大气孔主要分布于梢脉顶端;第Ⅲ类:仅有小气孔,无大气孔;第Ⅳ类:既有大气孔,又有小气孔,大气孔分布于梢脉顶端,而小气孔则分布于普通气孔之间。气孔变圆及大、小气孔的分化是进化的标志。光核桃气孔细长,无大小气孔分化,是较原始的类型。没有发现光核桃与栽培种有直接的关系。

摘  要:
This paper aims to study the relations between the stomatic shape and evalution of peaches.The stomatic shape and distributions of the large and small stomatas of 139 cultivars(seedlings) of peach(Prunus persica Batsch)and its 5 related species were examed.The results showed the stomatic shapes of peaches was divided into 3 kinds,i.e.round,lathy and ellipse.The stomatic shapes of wild species was all lathy.The ellipse shapes accounted for 65.7% of all the cultivars(seedlings),the round and lathy shapes accounted for 12.95% and 17.99% respectivdly.There were no the distributions of large and small stomatas in wild species,but cultivars and seedlings,which could be divided into 4 groups according to the distributions of the large and small stomatas,had the distributions of large and small stomatas.The first group had no large and small stomatas,the second group had only large stomatas,the third group had only small stomatas,the forth group had both large and small stomatas.The round stomata and the distributions of the large and small stomatas were the symbols of evolution.P.mira,which had lathy stomatas,had no distributions of the large and small stomatas,was the most original kind in the wild species.
