粮食大省对国家粮食安全的贡献分析

摘  要：
粮食大省是我国商品粮的主要来源地,对于实现全国粮食的总量平衡和区域协调,保障全国粮食安全,促进国民经济持续、快速、健康发展具有战略性的重要意义。本文试图借鉴库茨涅茨的"农业四大贡献"理论,构建粮食大省对国家粮食安全的贡献度的分析理论框架,以期为国家政策向粮食大省偏斜和财政扶持提供理论依据,并提出提高粮食大省贡献度的政策建议。

摘  要：
Food great province is a main source of marketable grain in China. It is of strategic significance for achievement food balance of national and regional coordination and ensuring national food security. It is of strategic significance to develop national economics sustainably, rapidly and healthy. This paper attempts to draw theoretical framework of construction of food great province to national food security by the "four major contribution to agriculture" theory of Kuznets. With a view to provide a basis theoretical of deflecting national food policy to food great province and financing support, the paper put forward policy recommendations to improve contribute of food great province.
