摘 要：
【目的】了解广西养殖投入品与畜产品质量现状及存在的问题,并针对性提出对策建议,为促进广西畜牧养殖业的健康发展提供参考。【方法】收集2008~2013年广西养殖投入品与畜产品监测任务项目、数量及合格率等数据,分析广西养殖投入品与畜产品质量的现状及存在问题,并提出相关的对策建议。【结果】2008~2013年广西饲料、兽药、畜产品和生鲜乳的监测总任务量均保持在1.0万批次以上,其中,兽药抽检合格率除2008年为74.96%外,2009~2013年兽药抽检合格率均在85.00%以上,饲料抽检合格率均保持在96.00%以上,畜产品抽检合格率均在99.50%以上,生鲜乳抽检合格率均达100.00%,畜产品兽药残留合格率均在99.50%以上;在养殖环节违禁添加物监测方面,除2008~2009年发现有少量违禁添加物现象外,2010~2013年均未发现有违禁添加物现象,合格率达100.00%。但目前广西畜牧养殖业中仍存在投入品生产使用不规范、滥用抗生素、畜产品重金属污染、使用违禁药物或非法添加物及食品添加剂使用不当等问题。【建议】推行质量追溯,加强防控体系建设;推进能力建设,提高企业自控意识;强化质量监管,实现安全事件零发生;加强基地建设,转变传统养殖模式;做好风险评估,完善产品监测制度。

摘 要：
【Objective 】The present study was conducted to investigate current quality situation of breeding inputs and animal products in Guangxi and put forward specific countermeasure and suggestion in order to provide reference for healthy development of Guangxi livestock breeding. 【 Method 】 The data collected from monitoring item, quantity and qualified rate of animal products and breeding inputs in Guangxi during 2008-2013 were used to analyze current quality situation of breeding inputs and animal products in Guangxi, followed by putting forward countermeasure and suggestion. 【Result 】Total monitoring number of feed, veterinary drug, animal product and fresh milk in Guangxi during 2008-2013 remained above 1.0 ×104batches. Amongst them, excepting 74.96% of veterinary drug in 2008, the qualified rates of veterinary drug, sampling feed, animal product, fresh milk and veterinary drug residue in animal product during 2009-2013 remained above 85.00%, 96.00%, 99.50%, 100.00% and 99.50%, respectively. The banned additive used in breeding process during 2010-2013 was not found except a few banned additives found in2008-2009. Howerver, there still existed some problems in Guangxi animal breeding at present, such as non-standard production and application of inputs, abuse of antibiotics, heavy metal pollution of animal product, use of banned additive and illicit drugs, inappropriate use of food additive. 【Suggestion 】Some suggestions have been put forward, which include implementing quality traceability, building intensely inspection and management system, pushing forward capacity building and improving self-control awareness of enterprise, enhancing quality safety supervision,achieving nonoccurrence of safety incident, strengthening base construction, shifting the traditional culture model, executing risk assessment and perfecting system of monitoring product.
