摘  要:
根据玉米细菌性枯萎病菌(Pantoea stewartiisubsp.stewartii)ITS基因序列,设计并合成了特异性PCR检测引物,对玉米细菌性枯萎病菌和非玉米细菌性枯萎病菌的标准菌株进行了PCR扩增反应.结果显示,玉米细菌性枯萎病菌的PCR产物出现301 bp的特异性扩增条带,而非玉米细菌性枯萎病菌均未出现扩增条带;其PCR检测的灵敏度为612 pg/μL.因此PCR技术是一种特异、灵敏、快速检测玉米细菌性枯萎病菌的方法.

摘  要:
A rapid identification method based on molecular biology of Pantoea stewartii subsp.stewartii was established by using one pair of primers unique to ITS(16 S~23 S rRNA interspacer region) gene segments.A specific DNA amplicon was present in the standard strains,but absent in the non-stand strains,which showed that one pair of primers are a rapid molecular biological identification method of Pantoea stewartii subsp.stewartii.The sensitivity of this method was confirmed by serial dilutions while approximately 104,and the level of detection of the primer was 612 pg/μL DNA solution.
