一种马铃薯运输车关键部分的设计

摘  要:
现有大多数马铃薯运输车存在结构简单、功能单一、适应性差等问题。提出了一种带输送臂的马铃薯运输车结构,能够一次完成对马铃薯的收集、装车、转运、输送等工作。整车包括车架、车斗、防护架机构、后挡板双开门机构、旋转支撑座装置和输送臂等,其中旋转支撑座可以实现多方位的装卸工作,避免了田间频繁的换向,从而提高了工作效率,降低了农民的劳动强度,对马铃薯的机械化生产具有重要的实际意义。

摘  要:
For potato transport vehicles, in view of the existing problems of simple structure, single function, poor adaptability,etc, a kind of potato transport vehicle with conveying arms is proposed, which can finish a complete work of collecting, loading,transporting and delivering potatoes. The whole vehicle includes frame, bucket, protection mechanism, the tailgate double door mechanism, rotating bolster seat and conveying arm, etc. Rotating bracket can finish multi-direction loading and unloading,avoiding frequent commutation, improving work efficiency, reducing labor intensity. It will play an important role in mechanized production of potato.
