山蒟提取物对斜纹夜蛾和香蕉花蓟马的毒性研究

摘  要：
为了丰富防治斜纹夜蛾和香蕉花蓟马的植物源农药,研究了山蒟提取物对斜纹夜蛾4种虫态和香蕉花蓟马2种虫态的杀虫活性。结果表明:山蒟提取物和鱼藤酮对斜纹夜蛾卵的LC_(50)值分别为1.87、1.82 mg/m L,对3龄幼虫的LC50值分别为0.48、0.96 mg/m L,对成虫的LC_(50)值分别为0.44、0.43 mg/m L。山蒟提取物和鱼藤酮对香蕉花蓟马若虫的LC_(50)值分别为1.34、0.88 mg/m L,对成虫的LC50值分别为0.42、0.41mg/m L,而对斜纹夜蛾蛹没有明显的作用。由此可知,山蒟提取物对斜纹夜蛾卵、3龄幼虫、成虫及香蕉花蓟马若虫、成虫的毒杀作用比较显著,具备开发为植物源农药的潜在价值。

摘  要：
In order to enrich the plant pesticides of controlling Spodoptera litura and thrips hawaiiensis, the insecticidal activity of piper hancei extract on four insect states of Spodoptera litura and two insect states of thrips hawaiiensis was studied. The results showed that the LC_(50) values of extract from piper hancei and rotenone on eggs of Spodoptera litura were 1.87, 1.82 mg/m L, the LC_(50) values of third instar larva were 0.48, 0.96 mg/m L, the adult LC_(50) values were 0.44, 0.43 mg/m L. The LC50 values of extract from Piper hancei and rotenone on nymph of Thrips hawaiiensis were 1.34, 0.88 mg/m L, the LC_(50) values of the adults were 0.42 and 0.41 mg/m L, respectively. There was no significant effect on pupa of Spodoptera litura. From this we can know, the Piper hancei extract has significant toxic effect on eggs, third instar larva and adult of Spodoptera litura, nymph and adult of Thrips hawaiiensis, it has the potential value of the development for the plant pesticides.
