生物质炭-木醋液包衣剂对玉米幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
以玉米生物质炭-木醋液制成的包衣剂和以活性成分为11.2%福美双、8.0%克百威和0.8%三唑酮的常规包衣为处理,以未包衣为对照,通过发芽试验和盆栽试验研究生物质炭-木醋液制成的包衣剂对玉米种子的发芽、幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响。发芽试验结果表明:生物质炭-木醋液包衣处理下的玉米种子活力指数较常规包衣和未包衣分别显著提高了35.6%和47.8%;但对种子发芽势、发芽率影响不显著。盆栽试验结果表明:在玉米出苗第30 d,生物质炭-木醋液包衣处理对玉米幼苗的株高、叶面积及叶鲜重较未包衣分别显著提高26.4%、48.9%、19.8%,而较常规包衣处理分别提高14.0%、11.6%、16.2%;在玉米整个幼苗期,与未包衣及常规包衣相比,生物质炭-木醋液包衣显著提高了地上部过氧化氢酶活性,增加幅度分别达15.9%~40.1%和7.8%~21.4%;除玉米出苗第20 d外,生物质炭-木醋液包衣较未包衣及常规包衣均显著降低玉米地上部丙二醛含量,降低幅度分别在19.4%~42.1%和16.9%~20.8%。此外,生物质炭-木醋液包衣处理对玉米幼苗地下部含氮量较未包衣及常规包衣分别显著增加了27.3%和13.8%,但对玉米磷和钾含量影响不显著。由此可见,玉米秸秆生物质炭与木醋液制成的种子包衣剂在农业生产中具有一定的推广潜力。

摘  要:
Germination and pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of biochar-wood vinegar seed coating agent(BWSCA) on seed germination, seeding growth and antioxidant enzyme activities. Conventional seed coating consisted of active components by 11.2% thiram, 8.0% carbofuran and 0.8% triadimefon as well as no coating were taken for control. The results of germination experiment showed that BWSCA significantly increased the maize seed vigor index by 35.6% and 47.8%, compared with conventional seed coating and no seed coating. While no significant effects were found on seed germination power and germination rate. The results of pot experiment showed that BWSCA increased the height, leaf area and leaf fresh weight by 26.4%, 48.9% and 19.8% compared with no seed coating,respectively; and by 14.0%, 11.6% and 16.2% compared with conventional seed coating during 30 d of the maize emergence, respectively,. During the seedling stage, BWSCA increased underground CAT activity by 15.9%-40.1%and 7.8%-21.4% compared with no seed coating and conventional seed coating. MDA concent was significantly reduced by 19.4%-42.1% and 16.9%-20.8% under BWSCA treatment compared with no seed coating and conventional seed coating except the 20 d of maize emergence. Besides, N content was significantly increased in seedling root by 27.3% and 13.8% under BWSCA treatment compared with no seed coating and conventional seed coating, while there were no significant effects on P and K concentration. Therefore, maize biochar and wood vinegar coating agent would have a great potential to apply as seed coating in agricultural crop production.
