ANSYS在油菜联合收割机清选机构气流场中的应用

摘  要:
利用有限元ANSYS软件中FLOTRANCFD模块对油菜收割机清选机构气体流场进行数值分析,得到了气流在清选机构中的速度矢量分布图和速度等值线轮廓图,较真实地反映了气流场的分布,并且得出了入风角的影响较小和入风风速影响较大的结论,为油菜收割机清选机构的优化设计提供一定的理论依据。

摘  要:
Adopting the finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry on the numerical simulation to the flowing field in the Cleaning Device of a Rape's Combine Harvester and obtaining skeleton map of the velocity isoline and vectorgraph of velocity. From the simulation result ,it can be found that the velocity of entering wind has a euen greater effect on the vectorgraph than that of the angle of entering wind.This may provide some help to optimize the design of the Cleaning Device of a Rape's Combine Harvester.
