RNA干扰技术在防治农业害虫中的应用研究进展

摘  要:
RNA干扰(RNA interference,缩写为RNAi)是一种分子生物学上由双链RNA(dsRNA)诱发的基因沉默现象,该技术为农业害虫的防治开辟了一条新途径。从dsRNA导入方式、靶标基因选择、使用剂量及昆虫不同生长发育阶段4个方面阐述了其对RNAi技术的影响,介绍了国内外RNAi技术在农业生产中的应用情况,并探讨了昆虫RNAi的信号系统传递机制以及今后的研究方向。

摘  要:
Expressing of target genes on insects is effectively regulated by introducing exogenous artificial synthesis dsRNAs moleculars, RNA interference(RNAi). With the development of functional genomes on insects, RNAi as the strategy of controlling pests in agriculture becomes a promising measures. Here the advances in relative introduction methods, influence factors, management effect as well as signal transduction of RNAi in insects were summarized, meanwhile the prospective of application in agriculture was described in the future.
