浅谈沿江高速公路对升金湖保护区的影响

摘 要：
为保证升金湖湿地自然保护区可持续发展,恢复生物多样性,保护国家重点保护的野生动植物种群,使那些濒危的动物得以繁衍,促进人与自然的和谐相处,促进湿地保护区的经济发展。根据《中华人民共和国自然保护区条例》精神和专家的建议,由安徽省沿江高速公路有限公司投资在沿江高速公路穿越升金湖国家级自然保护区,长度约13Km的路段实施生态保护措施,将因沿江高速公路工程建设代来的不利因素减少到最低程度,保障和改善我国和亚洲重要的湿地—升金湖国家级自然保护区。

摘 要：
To ensure a sustainable development and protection of biodiversity,the state protection of wildlife populations in Shengjinhu wetland nature reserves,to promote the endangered animal,with nature harmoniously together to promote economic development.According to the nature of the ordinance and the expert advice,from Anhui province,compared to the investment in highway across the river rose Shengjinhu state-level natural,the length of road sections about more ecological protection,for highway construction will compared to minimize the disadvantages.Protect and improve our country and Asia's important wetlands up Shengjinhu national reserves.
