一款新型非圆形喷洒域喷头的开发

摘  要:
摇臂式喷头存在喷洒域与地块形状不匹配的缺陷,已有的非圆形喷洒域喷头适应能力有限。需要开发一种既能实现不规则形状喷洒,又能扫面覆盖轮廓内所有面积;既能调节最大射程,还要便于批量生产的喷头。采用改变仰角、叶轮驱动的方式开发了一种能满足上述要求的新型非圆形喷洒域喷头。试验结果显示,单个使用时,该新型非圆形喷洒域喷头在节水性能和喷洒均匀性等方面明显优于摇臂式喷头。

摘  要:
Impact sprinkler is not suitable for irregular boundary ground.Though present sprinkler with irregular boundary wetted area is better than impact sprinkler,it is not very suitable for irregular boundary ground.Because of the disadvantages of impact sprinkler and present sprinkler with irregular boundary wetted area,a new kind of sprinkler,which can scan and cover irregular boundary wetted area,has adjustable maximal range and is easy to be made in large numbers,is needed.A new kind of sprinkler with irregular boundary wetted area is developed through changing elevation and driven by impeller.Moreover,an experiment is conducted to test its performance.The result of the experiment indicates that the new kind of sprinkler with irregular boundary wetted area can save more water,irrigate more uniformly than impact sprinkler.
