摘 要:
探讨乡土豆科药用藤本植物的抗旱性强弱,为湘中地区石漠化治理选择易成活、高抗、高价值的造林植物提供理论依据。以厚果鸡血藤、喙果鸡血藤、常春油麻藤3种豆科藤本植物为试验材料,采用不同质量分数的PEG-6000溶液对其根系进行渗透处理,测定其出现模拟生理性干旱时的净光合速率、叶绿素总量、主根长、根系体积和地径等指标,并对测定指标进行隶属函数值计算,分析3种藤本植物的抗旱性。结果表明,随PEG-6000质量分数的不断增大,3种藤本植物的净光合速率不断减小,叶绿素总量不断下降,主根长、根系体积和地径先增大后减小。经综合隶属函数值分析,3种藤本植物抗旱性强弱顺序为常春油麻藤(0.567 4)>厚果鸡血藤(0.546 8)>喙果鸡血藤(0.478 3)。在PEG-6000人工模拟干旱环境下,常春油麻藤的抗旱性最好,厚果鸡血藤次之,喙果鸡血藤的抗旱性最差。

摘 要:
The drought resistance of the native medicinal Leguminous vine was investigated,so as to provide theoretical basis for choosing afforestation plants with easy survival,high resistance,high value in central Hunan region. In this study,three Leguminous vines( Millettia pachycarpa Benth,Millettia tsui Metc and Mucuna sempervirens Hemsl) were used as materials. The three Leguminous vines roots were dealed with PEG-6000 to investigate the net photosynthetic rate,total chlorophyll content,main root length,root volume and basal diameter when they were under simulated physiological drought,and the subordinate function value of the above indexes were calculated to analyze the drought resistance of the three Leguminous vines. The results showed that with the increase of PEG-6000 concentration,the net photosynthetic rate and total chlorophyll content decreased,main root length,root volume and basal diameter first increased then decreased. Comprehensive evaluation by subordinate function values of the five indexes showed that,the drought resistance order was Mucuna sempervirens Hemsl( 0. 567 4) > Millettia pachycarpa Benth( 0. 546 8) > Millettia tsui Metc( 0. 478 3).
