新型含嘧啶环的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类化合物的设计、合成及杀菌活性

摘  要:
以取代的苯乙/丙酮类化合物为原料,经酯化、环化和缩合3步制得新型含嘧啶环的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类化合物3a~3k,其化学结构经红外、核磁及元素分析确认。生物活性测定结果表明:部分化合物可有效抑制水稻稻瘟病、番茄晚疫病,对小麦白粉病具有较好的防治效果;嘧啶6位为对甲基(R1)取代的苯基时杀菌活性最好,嘧啶2位(R3)为甲基的化合物杀菌活性优于氢取代的化合物。

摘  要:
A series of new methoxyacrylate derivatives containing substituted pyrimides 3a-3k were synthesized from substituted ketones as starting materials via esterification, cyclization and condensation. The structures of the title compounds were confirmed by IR, NMR and elemental analysis. Preliminary biological evaluation showed that some of the title compounds have fungicidal activity against P. oryzae, P. infestans and E. graminis. Compounds with 4-methyl-phenyl at the 6-position of pyrimide ring(R1) have the best fungicidal activity, and compounds with methyl at the 2-position of pyrimide ring(R3) have higher fungicidal activities than that with hydrogen.
