黄板加信息素对黄曲条跳甲成虫的田间诱集作用

摘  要:
【目的】利用昆虫嗅觉和视觉特性,研制开发一种对黄曲条跳甲有良好诱杀效果的昆虫引诱剂,以实现对黄曲条跳甲的生态控制。【方法】设粘虫黄板为对照,两种不同配方信息素组分诱剂与黄板结合(黄板+信息素Ⅰ、黄板+信息素Ⅱ)共3个处理,研究不同处理对菜心田、芥菜田黄曲条跳甲成虫的田间诱捕效果。【结果】在菜心田,黄板单独使用或与信息素结合对黄曲条跳甲成虫均有一定的引诱效果,平均每板可分别诱捕74.7和134.0头黄曲条跳甲成虫,分别占总诱虫量的5.8%和7.8%,同时还诱捕到相当数量的蚜虫、斑潜蝇、小菜蛾等小型昆虫。在菜心田和芥菜田,与单独使用黄板相比,两种信息素诱剂加黄板处理可分别增加59.2%和61.0%的黄曲条跳甲诱集量。【结论】利用昆虫视觉和嗅觉识别相结合研制的昆虫引诱剂可用于黄曲条跳甲的生态控制,达到减少施药次数、减少环境污染、避免大量杀伤天敌、延缓害虫产生抗药性的目的。

摘  要:
【Objective】 Based on the olfactory and visual characteristics,an efficient attractant was developed for the ecological control of the striped flea beetle.【Method】 Three treatments were designed viz.,yellow sticky board(control),yellow sticky traps & semiochemicalsⅠand yellow sticky traps & semiochemicals Ⅱ.【Result】 The result indicated that in Chinese flowering cabbage field,both yellow sticky and its combination with semiochemicals had significant trapping effects on the striped flea beetle,which caught an average of 74.7 and 134.0 insects per trap,5.8% and 7.8% in the sum of captured insects,meanwhile,they attracted a considerable number of other small insects,such as aphids,leaf miners and etc.Compared with yellow traps individually,traps baited with yellow sticky boards and semiochemicals increased the beetle catches by 59.2% and 61%,respectively in Chinese flowering cabbage and mustard fields.【Conclusion】 The attractant developed based on combining olfactory and visual recognition could be applied in ecological control on striped flea beetle to diminish chemical spraying times,decrease environmental pollution,protect natural enemy and delay pest drugresistance.
