使用美国NI公司的LabVIEW 7.1计算机图形化编程语言及PCI-6024E数据采集卡等虚拟仪器技术,配以压力传感器、位移传感器和液压试验台等开发出功能强大、经济实用、准确度高、界面友好的基于PC机的汽车膜片弹簧性能测试系统。

摘  要:
With the assistance of the pressure sensor,the displacement transducer and the hydraulic pressure test rig,the advanced virtual instruments and technologies such as the LabVIEW 7.1 computer graphic programming language of NI(National Instruments) of America and the PCI-6024E data acquisition card are employed to develop the performance test system for automobiles'diaphragm spring,which is powerful and cost-effective with high precision and user-friendly interfaces.
