好氧曝气生物悬浮填料填充方式及优化研究

摘  要:
[目的]优化好氧曝气生物悬浮填料的填充方式。[方法]采用生物法处理三元采出水的好氧段工艺,探讨填料的规格和填充率对三元采出水处理效果的影响。[结果]在40%填充率下,2×2规格的悬浮填料对于三元采出水的处理效果最佳。该条件下处理24 h后,含油量为2.17 mg/L,去除率为99.1%;悬浮物浓度为8 mg/L,去除率为85.2%;表面活性剂浓度为4.2 mg/L,去除率为71.6%;粘度略有升高。[结论]该研究为好氧曝气生物悬浮填料及其填充方式的选择提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] The study aimed to optimize the filling methods of suspension padding filler. [Method]ASP flooding produced water in aerobic section was treated by using biological methods,and the effects of filler specification and filling rate on the treatment were analyzed.[Result]When filling rate was 40%,the 2 ×2 suspended filler had the best effect for the treatment of ASP flooding produced water. When the water was treated for 24 h under the conditions,oil content was 2. 17 mg/L,and its removal rate was 99. 1%; the content of suspended solids was8 mg/L,and its removal rate was 85. 2%; surfactant concentration was 4. 2 mg/L,and its removal rate was 71. 6%; viscosity increased slightly.[Conclusion]The research could provide theoretical references for the choice of suspension padding filler and its filling methods.
