摘 要：
通过调查广西桂北地区乡镇文化站工作人员的基本现状,论述了乡镇文化站工作人员继续教育的重要性,针对思想素养、数字素养、专业素养方面继续教育的内容,对城市图书馆服务于乡镇文化站继续教育6个模式进行了研究和探讨。

摘 要：
According to the investigated basic status of the staff of the township cultural stations in Northern Area of Guangxi,discusses the importance of the continuing education for the staff in township cultural stations. Focusing on the ideological literacy, digital literacy, and professional quality of continuing education etc, the services of urban libraries to the continuing education of the township cultural stations in six modes were studied and discussed.
