摘 要：
利用物体表面现场消毒试验方法,观察了氯甲酚纳米乳消毒剂的消毒效果。结果表明,氯甲酚纳米乳消毒剂的消毒效果随消毒剂浓度的升高和作用时间的延长而增强。当高于0.1%氯甲酚纳米乳消毒剂对卫生间水泥地面的自然菌作用5 min以上时,杀灭对数值均大于1,消毒合格;0.5%氯甲酚纳米乳消毒剂对兔舍地面的自然菌作用10 min以上,高于1.0%氯甲酚纳米乳消毒剂作用5 min以上时,杀灭对数值均大于1,消毒合格。结果提示,氯甲酚纳米乳消毒剂的消毒效果良好,值得在畜牧兽医实践中推广应用。

摘 要：
Disinfection efficacy of chlorocresol nanoemulsion disinfectant was studied by the on-site disinfection test method of object surface. The results showed that disinfection efficacy was enhanced with increasing of the nanoemulsion disinfectant concentration and extending of the action time. When the concentration of chlorocresol nanoemulsion disinfectant was higher than0.1% and the disinfectant acted for more than 5 min against natural bacteria on toilet cement floor,sterilization log values were all higher than 1 and sterilizing effects were qualified.When 0.5% disinfectant acted for more than 10 min against natural bacteria on the ground surface of rabbit hutch,and higher than 1.0% disinfectant acted for more than 5 min,the sterilization log values were also all higher than 1 and sterilizing effects were also qualified.These results suggest disinfection efficacy of chlorocresol nanoemulsion disinfectant is strong and it is worth of popularization and application in animal husbandry and veterinary practice.
