拖拉机牵引阻力传感器设计与试验

摘  要:
分析了拖拉机牵引力传感器的应用条件,结合国内外牵引传感器的工作原理,确定了具有良好可加工性、简单桥接和低成本的应变片式传感器测量方案,并设计了拖拉机力传感器的信号电路及其补偿电路.根据拖拉机牵引力及其下拉杆铰接孔尺寸确定了牵引力传感器机械结构,并利用有限元分析软件对其进行强度校核,进行了现场试验.结果表明:该传感器符合使用要求.

摘  要:
Combined with the working principle of domestic and overseas force sensor, this paper analyzed the application conditions of high power tractor force sensor. The measuring scheme of the resistance respond sensor with simple layout, simple technology and low price is determined, and the signal circuit and its compensation circuit of the tractor traction sensor are designed. The mechanical structure of the tractor sensor is determined according to the tractor traction force and the size of the hinge hole of the lower rod. The strength of the sensor is checked by the finite element analysis software and field experiments are carried out. The results show that the sensor meets the requirements.
