摘  要:
我国的家蚕资源丰富,利用家蚕生物反应器制备甲型流感病毒样颗粒疫苗,可促进我国桑蚕产业发展。用多基因表达家蚕生物反应器,首次构建了同时携带3个甲型H1N1流感病毒基因的重组家蚕杆状病毒,并成功在家蚕体内装配出甲型H1N1流感病毒样颗粒。为应用开发甲流感病毒全价疫苗提供一种新方法。

摘  要:
The resources of the silkworm is rich in China.In uenza A virus-like particle vaccine is made by silkworm bioreactor,which can promote the development of silkworm industry.In this paper,we used the expression of multiple genes of silkworm bioreactor to construct while carrying three in uenza A H1N1 in uenza virus recombinant baculovirus for the rst time,and successfully assemble the silkworm In uenza H1N1 in uenza virus-like particles.Provide a new method to develop for the full price of a u virus vaccines.
