秧盘成型模具运动仿真方法的研究

摘  要：
在水稻钵育机械和栽植机械的研究过程中,设计了一台秧盘成型模具。选用VisualBasic.NET编程控制AutoCAD的方法做运动仿真,并用运动仿真的形式模拟其工作过程。采用模具的简易模型,使模具构件移动,模具的进料、合模、保压、开模、脱模、移走秧盘和间歇每个环节都由很多步移动来完成,每一步移动都要把模型渲染到文件夹里形成一副图片,最后把这些图片一幅幅地顺次加载显示在图片框中,完成整个过程的运动仿真。实验表明,仿真效果良好。

摘  要：
During study on machine of rice breeding and planting, a modeling mould for seedling tray has been designed. cartoon cannot realize movement emulation which has a complicated process. Now I simulate it’s work process by movement emulation. Solidworks that has the function to make Now I do movement emulation of mould by the way of programme using Visual Basic.NET to control AutoCAD. Using simple model of mould, making mould components moving, every work process of mould which putting material into mould, closing mould, keeping press on seedling tray, opening mould, getting off seedling tray from mould, taking away seedling tray, intermission has many steps, after each step programme render mould to folder to make a picture. In the end programme show pictures on Picturebox one by one to realize movement emulation of whole process. It’s effect is very good proved by tests.
