珙桐转录因子DiMYB1基因的生物信息学分析

摘 要:
利用生物信息学方法对前期通过转录组测序获得的珙桐DiMYB1基因编码蛋白序列进行分析,为后续DiMYB1基因的功能鉴定和调控研究奠定基础。结果表明:DiMYB1蛋白全长924bp,编码307个氨基酸,相对分子量为35kDa,为亲水性蛋白。DiMYB1属于R2R3-MYB蛋白家族,含有1个信号肽结构和2个功能结构域,亚细胞定位预测该基因位于细胞核的可能性是91.3%。系统进化树分析表明,其与柿树MYB2转录因子的同源性最高,相似度为84%。

摘 要:
The paper was to lay the foundation for functional identification and regulation of gene DiMYB1 from Davidia involucrata Baill.transcriptome data.The results showed that the fragment of DiMYB1 included an ORF(open reading frame)of 924 bp,which encoded for a protein product of 307 amino acids,with molecular weight35 kDa.DiMYB1belonged to R2R3-MYB protein family,containing a signal peptide and the two functional domains.Subcellular localization to predict the likelihood of the gene in the nucleus was 91.3%.Phylogenetic tree showed with Diospyros kaki MYB2 transcription factor had the highest homology,the similarity was 84%.
