特色文化产业助推精准扶贫的实践路径

摘  要：
特色文化产业助推精准扶贫包括两个维度:一是挖掘特色文化资源的经济价值,将其转化为文化产品或服务以助推精准扶贫。二是通过文化扶贫实现贫困地区的内源式发展。特色文化产业助推精准扶贫要坚持外源驱动与内源发展相结合、市场主导与政府规制相结合、保护传承与开发利用相结合的原则,以促进经济与文化的协同发展。优化产业结构、健全法律保障机制是特色文化产业助推精准扶贫的基本实现路径。

摘  要：
The characteristic cultural industry promotes targeted poverty alleviation in two dimensions. First,to excavate the economic value of characteristic cultural resources and turn them into cultural products or services to boost targeted poverty alleviation. Second,the endogenous development of poverty-stricken areas is realized through cultural poverty alleviation. In promoting targeted poverty alleviation,the distinctive cultural industry should adhere to the principle of combining external driving with internal development,market leading with government regulation,protection of inheritance and development and utilization,so as to promote the coordinated development of economy and culture. Optimizing the industrial structure and improving the legal guarantee mechanism are the basic ways for the special cultural industry to promote targeted poverty alleviation.
