分子标记辅助育种选育黑色香型巨胚水稻

摘  要:
本研究分别以本实验室选育的香型巨胚粳型水稻的中间材料和黑色非香正常胚糯性水稻品系"上实黑糯"作为亲本进行杂交,结合分子标记辅助常规育种,首次成功选育出两种黑色香型巨胚水稻新品系:"2013-2207"和"2013-2305"。两种黑色香型巨胚水稻单株重平均分别为21.81 g和20.10 g,理论产量分别为6 535.75 kg/hm2和6 030.75 kg/hm2,均显著高于"上实黑糯"水稻品系(单株重:15.04 g;理论产量:4 512.75 kg/hm2)(P<0.05)。从胚特性和结实率两方面考虑,编号为"2013-2207"品系相对较好。该新品系的成功培育为黑色香型巨胚水稻市场进一步开发应用奠定了重要基础。

摘  要:
In this study, an aromatic japonica rice with giant-embryo, an intermediate material obtained in breeding an aromatic giant-embryo rice, and black non-aromatic glutinous rice with normal embryo,"Shang Shi Hei Nuo"("SSHN"), were selected as the parents to make a cross. Two kinds of new black aromatic giant-embryo rice,"2013-2207"and"2013-2305"respectively, were firstly obtained by using the conventional breeding techniques as well as molecular marker-assisted selection. The average of grain weights per plant of the two new black aromatic giant-embryo rices were 21.81 g and 20.10 g, and their theoretical yields were 6 535.75 kg/hm2and6 030.75 kg/hm2 respectively. Both of two parameters were significantly higher than that of the"SSHN"rice(P<0.05), which average of grain weights per plant and yield were 15.04 g and 4 512.75 kg/hm2 respectively. By considering embryo trait and setting rate,"2013-2207"rice exceeds the"2013-2305"rice. This research has laid a solid foundation for further market development and application of the black aromatic giant-embryo rice.
