圆口铜鱼颌须形态差异的多元分析

摘  要:
【目的】为研究以形态特征为主要依据的鱼类传统分类鉴定的有效性。【方法】本研究通过测定圆口铜鱼的颌须长、全长、体长、头长、口宽、眼径、吻长、吻端至胸鳍基部前端的距离;对所测形态参数进行相关性、主成分和回归分析。【结果】相关性中除眼径外,其余7个形态指标之间,相关系数最小值为0.59,最大值达为0.99,表现出极强的相关性;主成分分析共提取3个主成分,第1个主成分对总方差的累计贡献率为77.42%,前2个主成分对总方差的累计贡献率为91.67%,全部3个主成分对总方差的累计贡献率为95.28%,颌须长的变异与除眼径外的其他测量性状均有较大的相关性,其中,吻长、全长、头长和口宽的主成分载荷值更高,表现出对颌须长变异近乎相近的特性;回归分析得到回归方程:Y=26.68+1.29X_1+0.010 X_2+2.05 X_3(R~2=0.54);对除颌须长的其余7个形态参数得到的主成分因子的散点图显示:绝大多数的圆口铜鱼个体分为一簇。【结论】在鱼类分类中,形态特征依然可作为群体分类的重要依据。

摘  要:
[Purpose] For studying the effectiveness of fish classification based on fish morphological characteristics of fish species indexes.[Method] The study was conducted to measure the parameters such as the jaw palpus length,whole length,body length,head length,mouth width,eye diameter,mouth length,distance from the mouth to the front end of the pectoral fin base.Correlation,principal component analysis,regression analysis were the main research methods.[Results] The minimum of correlation coefficient was 0.59 and the maximum value was 0.99,which showed a strong correlation between the other seven morphological indexes of the Coreius guichenoti,except the eye diameter.Threeprinciple components were selected from the principal component analysis.The cumulative contribution rate of the first principal component to the total variance was 77.42%; the cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components to the total variance was 91.67%; the cumulative contribution of all three principal components to the total variance was 95.28%.The variation of the jaw palpus length had much correlation with the other measuring traits except the eye diameter.Among them,the principal component load value of the mouth length,whole length,head length and mouth width were higher,which showed similar characteristics of jaw palpus length variation.Regression equation was Y = 26.68 +1.29X_1+ 0.010X_2+ 2.05X_3 (R~2= 0.54); the principal component factors obtained for the remaining seven morphological traits except for the jaw length were shown in the scatter plot: most of C.guichenoti were divided into one cluster.The variation of the jaw palpus length had much correlation with the other measuring traits except the eye diameter.Among them,the principal component load value of the mouth length,whole length,head length and mouth width were higher,which showed similar characteristics of jaw palpus length variation.[Conclusion] The morphological characteristics can be still deeded as a significant evidence of group classification in the classification of fish.
