基于可持续发展的城中湖旅游目的地开发研究——以《武汉东湖风景区可持续发展战略规划》为例

摘 要：
为了促进我国城中湖旅游业可持续发展,以武汉东湖风景区可持续发展战略规划为案例,应用可持续发展理论,对城中湖环境相对封闭、用地权属关系复杂、景区生态保护落后、内部交通不畅、服务设施较差等旅游产业发展要素进行分析研究。在此基础上,对城中湖风景区深度开发、生态维护、交通可达性、促进经济增长和增加就业机会、打造慢生活等规划原则与功能设计进行了探讨,并对未来城中湖规划合理的景区范围、凸现水域区的功能与作用、景区详细规划与景点修造、水质环境监测与水资源保护开发提出建议。

摘 要：
Based on the sustainable development strategies and planning of Wuhan East Lake Scenic Area,the theory of sustainable development is used to analyze factors involved in the relative closing of urban lake area,relationship of complicated urban management,falling behind of environmental preservation and low quality of public service.Possibilities of a more comprehensive development of promoting local employment and economies,nurturing LOHAS lifestyle by regulating landscape planning are discussed.Suggestions for water resource protection and development are proposed.
