摘  要:
高分子阳离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂普遍因为阳离子度低、稳定性差等原因,导致自身有效期较短.对此设计添加Ti4+和Al3+,提出复合新型絮凝剂制备技术,并对其表征进行实验探究.制备聚硅硫酸钛作为Ti4+的载体,配置质量分数为10%的二氧化硅溶液,添加元素分析物,制备试剂链引发剂,依靠试剂自由基相互作用,完成聚合试剂引发.采用10项联测法,对引发后的聚合性原料试剂进行消解,将消解后的试剂通过稀盐酸维持p H值,搅拌至出现纳米氧化胶体,加入丙烯酰胺溶解后,即可完成复合型絮凝剂的制备.根据絮凝剂表征实验,该絮凝剂的特性粘数提高了27%,固含量提高了35%,确定其具有更强的有效性.

摘  要:
Modern polymer cationic polyacrylamide flocculant is generally due to its low cationic degree and poor stability,which leads to its short validity period.Ti4+and Al3+were added to this design,and a new composite flocculant preparation technology was put forward,and the characterization of the experimental was studied.Polytitanium silicate sulfate was prepared as the carrier of Ti4+,10% mass fraction silica solution was arranged,element analyte was added,and reagent chain initiator was prepared.The polymerization reagent was initiated by the interaction of reagent free radicals,and the polymerization reagent was initiated by 10 items of method.The polymeric raw material reagent after initiation was digested,and the digested reagent was maintained by dilute hydrochloric acid.H value,stirring until nanometer oxidation colloid appears,adding acrylamide to dissolve,can complete the preparation of compound flocculant.According to the characterization experiment of flocculant,it can be determined that the intrinsic viscosity and solid content of the flocculant are increased by 27% and 35%,respectively.
