盐胁迫对彩叶草种子萌发、光合特性、叶绿素荧光及无机离子代谢的影响

摘  要:
采用室内培养和无土栽培试验,研究不同强度的NaCl胁迫对彩叶草的种子萌发、光合特性、叶绿素荧光和无机离子代谢的影响,以探讨彩叶草的耐盐机理。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度(0-180mmol/L)的增加,彩叶草种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数逐渐降低;胚根长和活力指数呈现先上升后下降的趋势。0-180mmol/L范围内,彩叶草叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率随NaCl胁迫强度的增加呈降低趋势,至NaCl浓度180mmol/L时较对照分别降低48. 08%、49. 36%和73. 51%;而叶片胞间CO_2浓度则表现出先下降后上升的趋势,其在NaCl浓度20mmol/L时最低,较对照降低10. 20%; NaCl浓度180mmol/L时达最大值,较对照增加34. 87%。NaCl浓度0-180mmol/L范围内,Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、K~+含量、K~+/Na~+和Mg~(2+)/Na~+随NaCl浓度的增加呈下降趋势,Fo与Na~+趋势与之相反; Mg~(2+)含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势; NaCl浓度20mmol/L时,Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、Fm与对照差异不显著。Fo、Na~+与NaCl胁迫强度呈正相关关系,而Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、Fm、K~+、K~+/Na~+和Mg~(2+)/Na~+与之呈负相关关系。研究结果为彩叶草优化栽培品种及园林绿化应用提供理论依据。

摘  要:
By means of indoor culture and soilless culture,different effects of NaCl stress on Coleus scutellarioides in terms of seed germination,photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence and metabolism of inorganic ions were explored to reveal the mechanism of salt tolerance of Coleus scutellarioides. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of NaCl( 0-180 mmol/L),Coleus scutellarioides' s seed germination rate,germination energy and germination index decreased gradually; The radical length and vigor index firstly increased and then decreased; In the range of 0-180 mmol/L,as NaCl stress intensity increased,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of Coleus scutellarioides leaf decreased; With the concentration of NaCl up to 180 mmol/L,those mentioned decreased by 48. 08%,49. 36% and 73. 51%,respectively,compared to the control; The leaf intercellular CO_2 concentration decreased at first,reaching the lowest at concentration of NaCl 20 mmol/L,10. 20% down compared to the control,and then increased,reaching the highest at the concentration of 180 mmol/L,up 34. 87%. In the range of 0-180 mmol/L,the contents of Fm,Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,K~+,K~+/Na~+ and Mg~(2+)/Na+decreased with the increase of the concentration of NaCl,while Fo and Na+showed the opposite; The content of Mg~(2+) increased firstly and then decreased; When the concentration of NaCl was 20 mmol/L,Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,Fm showed no significant difference compared with the control. Fo and Na~+ were positively correlated with NaCl stress intensity,while Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,Fm,K~+,K~+/Na~+ and Mg~(2+)/Na~+ were negatively correlated. The results are expected to provide theoretical reference for the optimization of Coleus scutellarioides cultivars and application of garden greening.
