基于生物絮团技术的糖蜜添加对西北盐碱池塘水质和浮游生物的影响

摘  要:
为探讨生物絮团技术在西北盐碱池塘的应用效果,试验分析不同糖蜜添加量对盐碱池塘水质和浮游生物的影响。对照塘不添加糖蜜,试验塘分别一次性添加理论量100%(A池塘)、75%(B池塘)和50%(C池塘)的糖蜜。结果显示:(1)添加糖蜜可以提高水体透明度、降低化学需氧量,对TP含量无显著影响;(2)3口试验塘水体NH+4-N、NO-3-N和NO-2-N含量较对照塘分别降低58.20%、77.48%、39.81%和25.71%、31.42%、21.92%以及52.94%、76.19%、47.82%,差异显著;(3)试验塘蓝藻密度和生物量较对照塘也显著降低(P<0.05),A、B塘浮游动物Shannon-Weaver多样性指数分别下降15.18%和16.83%,显著低于对照塘32.56%的下降速度(P<0.05)。综合认为,池塘中添加理论量100%和75%的糖蜜均可有效改善水质,添加理论量75%的糖蜜更经济实用。

摘  要:
To study the effect of the bio- floc technology application in saline- alkaline ponds,the effects of adding different amount of molasses on water quality and plankton of the ponds were analyzed. The molasses was added 100%(A), 75%(B) and 50%(C) of the theoretical added amount to three treatment ponds once,and set a control pond without molasses. The results showed that the adding of molasses could improve the transparency of the water,reduce the value of chemical oxygen demand,but had no significant impact on the concentration of total phosphorus of the water; the concentration of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen of three treatment ponds decreased respectively by 58. 20%, 77. 48%,39. 81% and 25. 71%,31. 42%,21. 92% and 52. 94%,76. 19%,47. 82%,which was significantly different; the density and biomass of the cyanobacteria in the treatment pond was significantly(P < 0. 05) lower than the control pond,the Shannon- Weaver diversity of phytoplankton of group A and B decreased by 15. 18% and 16. 83%,and it was significantly(P < 0. 05) lower than the control pond which decreased by 32. 56%. Adding 100% and 75% of the theoretical amount of the molasses to pond can effectively improve the water quality,the treatment adding 75% of the theoretical amount of molasses was more economical and practical.
