湖北省2016年农业科技进步贡献率测算研究

摘  要:
利用索洛余值法模型,对湖北省及各地市州2016农业科技进步贡献率进行了测算,结果表明,湖北省2016年农业科技进步贡献率持续提高,但各地市州存在明显差异,分析了湖北省2016年农业科技进步对农业经济发展的促进,以及湖北省开展农业科技创新存在的问题,并就进一步提高湖北农业科技进步贡献率提出对策建议。

摘  要:
The contribution rate of agricultural science and technology progress in Hubei province and other cities and states in 2016 was calculated by solow residual value method model combined with the actual situation of Hubei province. The results showed that the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology progress in Hubei province continued to increase in 2016, but there were significant differences among cities and states. The promotion of agricultural science and technology progress to agricultural economic development was analyzed, as well as the problems of agricultural science and technology innovation. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to further improve the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology progress in Hubei province.
