褐菖鲉肠道菌群初步分析

摘  要:
采用稀释定量方法,分别用TCBS、EMB、卵黄甘露醇高盐琼脂、肠道菌计数培养基、BBL、亚硫酸盐—多粘菌素—磺胺嘧啶、乳杆菌选择性培养基、厌氧琼脂8种培养基,分离并计数褐菖鲉(Sebastiscus marmoratus)肠道菌群的数量,挑选优势菌株进行细菌生化鉴定,初步分析褐菖鲉肠道正常菌群的分布情况。结果显示,褐菖鲉肠道厌氧菌的数量远远大于好氧菌,并以兼性厌氧菌为主。好氧菌中大肠菌群居多,弧菌不多见;厌氧菌中多见双歧杆菌。葡萄球菌数量稀少,未检测到产气荚膜梭菌。

摘  要:
To separate and count aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria, eight kinds of selective medium were used, including TCBS agar, EMB agar, yolk mannitol high salt agar, intestinal counts agar, BBL agar, Sulfite-Polymyxin-Sulphadiazine agar, lactobacillus agar medium and anaerobic agar. Distribution of intestinal microflora from S. marmoratus was analyzed primarily with plate count of colony by selecting appropriate density. In addition, biochemical identification of typical bacterial strains was tested. The results indicated that the total amount of aerobic bacteria in the intestinal trace of S. marmoratus was far greater than one of anaerobic bacteria. Intestinal bacteria of S. marmoratus consisted were mainly facultative anaerobes. The amount of coliform was far more than vibrio; the amount of anaerobes was far less than the bifidobacterium. Clostridium perfringens was not detected and the number of Staphylococcus was rare.
