节水胁迫下大豆产量与主要农艺性状的灰色关联分析

摘  要:
以46份不同来源的春大豆种质为研究对象,采用灰色关联度分析方法研究了自然条件下节水胁迫对大豆主要农艺性状及产量的影响。结果表明:大豆产量与主要农艺性状的关联度大小依次为单株荚数>百粒重>株粒重>株粒数>有效分枝数>底荚高>主茎节数>株高,单株荚数对大豆产量的影响最大,其次为百粒重、株粒重和株粒数,影响较小的是底荚高、主茎节数和株高。研究结果为宁夏春大豆节水抗旱育种研究提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
The effects of water-saving stress on main agronomic traits and yield of 46 Spring soybean germplasms from different sources were studied by Grey Correlation Analysis. The results showed that the correlation degree between soybean yield and main agronomic traits was as follows: pod number per plant > 100-seed weight > seed weight per plant > seed number per plant > effective branch number > bottom pods height > main stem node number > plant height; pod number per plant had the greatest impact on soybean yield, followed by 100-seed weight, seed weight per plant and seed number per plant, and bottom pods height, main stem node number and plant height had the least impact. The study provided a theoretical basis for water-saving and drought-resistant breeding of spring soybean in Ningxia.
