应用型本科院校教学秘书岗位须将教学与科研协同管理——以贺州学院为例

摘  要：
教学秘书是应用型本科院校一个重要的基层岗位。以贺州学院为例提出符合校情、有助于推动学校教学与科研协同发展的教学秘书工作模式:教学秘书岗位应将教学和科研合并管理,以便更好地以教学带科研、以科研促教学;教学秘书须增强创新意识、研究能力和提升服务质量;同时要运用现化办公设备及管理系统提高工作效率。

摘  要：
The teaching secretary is an important post in applied undergraduate colleges.Taking the teaching secretary mode in Hezhou Colleges as an example,teaching secretaries should combine teaching and research and to improve innovation consciousness,research ability and service quality.Meanwhile,modern equipment and management system should be used to improve working efficiency.
